Our elder and special needs law practice is proficient in preparing special needs trusts, planning for families with disabled children, guardianship law, advance directives, living wills, health care power of attorney and end-of-life decision-making. We provide counsel regarding fiduciary duties (executors and trustees) and estate and trust procedures. We understand that sometimes, our clients are not able to come to us, and we are happy to travel to elderly and disabled clients for meetings and document execution when the need arises.
