Ms. Rose G. Colavita is proud to be of service to the community where she calls home.  Putting clients’ needs at the forefront of her practice model has enabled her to provide the highest level of client satisfaction and excellence in the practice of law.  Ms. Colavita brings with her a unique background of experience that enables her to deliver a wide spectrum of legal expertise to achieve client goals.

During the course of her career, Ms. Colavita has published several legal articles in peer-reviewed journals and has instructed her peers in a Continuing Legal Education course on Social Security Disability. She has taught Business Law as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, St. Bonaventure University. 


Ms. Colavita is an active in her community and currently serves on the Women in the Profession Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association and on the Social Committee of the Anne Springs Close Greenway Ladies Guild. Prior to founding her own practice in 2014, Ms. Colavita worked as an attorney at two prominent law firms in Charlotte.  To date, Ms. Colavita has represented hundreds of clients with a strong dedication to achieving clients’ goals through trustworthy and diligent representation. 


Ms. Colavita lives in Charlotte with her husband and  daughter.  In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, hiking, golfing and playing tennis.
